Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through documentation, validation, and acceptance.
Translate complex business needs into structured user stories, functional specifications, and actionable requirements.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure aligned understanding and outcomes.
Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying dependencies, impacts, and required decisions across domains and geographies.
Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality of requirements through adherence to standards and structured documentation practices.
Facilitate workshops, deep dives, and working sessions to clarify processes and resolve ambiguities or conflicts.
Support testing, validation, and user readiness through acceptance criteria definition and review of outputs.
Develop training materials and enablement activities to ensure effective adoption and business value realization.

Requirements Quality & Stability – Percentage of requirements delivered without major rework after development starts.

Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in business analysis within digital, IT, or data-driven environments.
Proven expertise in requirements engineering, including elicitation, documentation, refinement, and validation.
Hands-on experience working in agile delivery models with user stories, backlogs, and iterative development cycles.
Solid stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without formal authority across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with complex organizational structures.
Exposure to enterprise systems or digital platforms, preferably Salesforce-based solutions.
