Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teleCaller role based at Deshpande Eye Hospital & Laser Center in the Pune Division. The teleCaller will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about hospital services, appointments,



and procedures. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records in the system, and coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. The role involves following call scripts and guidelines, maintaining high standards of courtesy and professionalism, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. The teleCaller will also support patient reminders, feedback calls, and basic follow-up communication to enhance overall patient experience.
