Work you'll do

Provide Obligations Management as follows:

Review and analyze IT operations and managed services contracts to identify and document business-relevant contractual obligations and restrictions, including:
Contract requirements, deliverables, and key methodologies such as performance measures, productivity achievement, and invoicing
Security / privacy obligations that must be operationalized outside of standard processes and controls
Non-standard onboarding requirements




Summarize and re-state individual contract obligations in non-legal terminology that can be clearly understood and actioned by business delivery leaders
Collaborate and build relationships with legal, delivery, and commercial teams to clarify, interpret, and align on actions to be recommended to business leaders to comply with contractual obligations
Leverage customized tools / platforms for obligations tracking
Support the development of tools, templates, and methodologies for standardized obligation extraction, documentation, and communication
Flag risks, ambiguities, or gaps in contract terms that could impact delivery or compliance
Periodically interface with internal stakeholders to help monitor progress of contractual obligations and restrictions
Manage process implementation activities, including identification of process improvement opportunities for obligations management activities
