We make rooftop solar adoption simple and seamless for homeowners through consultation, design, installation, and after-sales support. As we continue to scale across multiple cities, we're looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to build a high-performing sales organization by developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our sales teams.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enable our sales teams to perform at their best. You will work closely with business leaders and sales managers to identify capability gaps, create impactful learning interventions, and ensure consistent execution of the sales process across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams.
Identify training needs through performance analysis,



manager feedback, and business requirements.
Develop sales playbooks, training manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based coaching sessions.
Assess employee performance and recommend improvement plans to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with sales leaders to improve sales processes, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer interactions.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business performance metrics.
Ensure training programs align with company goals, culture, and brand values.
Stay updated with the latest sales training methodologies and industry best practices.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement.
Prior experience in developing training content and learning materials.
