What would you do? Lead the team & CL10s to ensure the production & quality TAT is met daily without any issues. More focused on client delivery, adding value to client. Strict adherence to OpEx documents (DTPs, FMEA, Control plans)
are in place and validated in regular intervals. Positive rapport with client team and ensure all SLAs are met. Need string knowledge on Commercial lending & credit services. Should lead the client calls and address the queries raised by the multiple stakeholders (client / agent banks / attorneys / Borrowers / middle office). Lead the operational metrics tracking and reporting it accurately. Need to have adequate controls in the process and ensure to take proactive actions rather than reactive.
