ServiceNow Licensing, Pricing and Contract Analyst

About The Role

ServiceNow Licensing, Pricing and Contract Analyst, you will make an impact by providing licensing advisory, pricing support, entitlement governance, and contracting operations for ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group and work collaboratively with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Delivery teams, MSP Licensing Support, and ServiceNow account stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

Support ServiceNow licensing activities including product mapping, SKU identification, entitlement validation, and licensing recommendations.
Partner with sales and presales teams to address licensing inquiries, customer requirements, subscription renewals, and commercial requests.
Prepare pricing worksheets, quote comparisons, renewal analyses, and commercial documentation while validating quantities, contract terms, and pricing assumptions.
Assist with contract documentation, approval tracking, version control,



and maintenance of audit-ready records related to licensing and subscription agreements.
Monitor licensing requests, track open actions, prepare operational reports, and contribute to process improvement, governance, and automation initiatives.
