Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Engineer to manage and support enterprise-level end-user environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, device lifecycle management, user support, and ITSM processes. This role requires solid troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage users and licenses via M365 Admin Portal.
Create and manage Azure AD groups, Distribution Lists (DLs), and M365 Groups.
Troubleshoot email flow issues and collaborate with Exchange/Email teams as needed.

Device Management (Intune)
Onboard and offboard devices using Microsoft Intune.
Monitor device compliance and take corrective actions.
