Role Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer – Product Management Platforms. In this role, you will administer, optimize, and govern enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms, including Aha Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Jira, and related integrations. You will partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to streamline product planning, improve delivery visibility, and enhance platform adoption through governance, automation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
You will own the administration and governance of enterprise Product Management platforms, ensuring reliable operations, standardized workflows, and seamless integrations across planning and engineering systems.

You'll collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Portfolio teams to improve roadmap visibility, backlog governance, reporting, and delivery effectiveness while driving platform adoption through user enablement and process improvements.

Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for automation, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency across the product delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Aha Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and Jira platforms.
Manage user provisioning, licensing, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
