Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader – VLSI to drive business growth and expand our presence in the semiconductor and VLSI industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology sales, strategic account management, and business development within the VLSI, Semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, IP, or Embedded Systems ecosystem. This role requires a proven track record of acquiring recent customers, managing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships with OEMs, semiconductor companies, and engineering organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities within the VLSI and Semiconductor domain.
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Procurement Leaders, and key decision-makers.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with engineering, delivery,



and pre-sales teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
Manage strategic accounts while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Mentor and guide the sales team to improve overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field). An MBA is preferred.
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management within the VLSI or Semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of VLSI design services, ASIC, FPGA, SoC, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor IP, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, or related technologies.
