Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Python and Generative AI (GenAI) qualified with 5+ years of experience in software development and technology delivery. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating emerging technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and overall business strategy.

Required

Software Requirements

In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems.
Strong experience with Python development.
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, applications, and implementation approaches.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.




Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to evaluate technology options and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience using current and supported versions of relevant programming languages, frameworks, libraries, cloud services, databases, and development tools.

Preferred

Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or large language model solutions.
Experience with Python-based GenAI frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation.
