We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us attract, identify, and hire top talent across technical and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.




Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for any technical roles.
Understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
