Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Java technology qualified with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective Java-based technology solutions.The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with overall business strategy.

Required

Software Requirements

In-depth understanding of Java, software technologies, and technology systems.
Experience using current and supported versions of Java.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.




Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to evaluate technology options and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools used for planning, tracking, documentation, and delivery.

Preferred

Experience developing enterprise-scale Java applications.
Experience with Java-based backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services.
Experience with cloud-native Java application development and deployment.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
Experience with containerized and distributed application architectures.
Knowledge of secure software development and application perform
