Position Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will partner closely with MSI's U.S. Digital Commerce team to execute high- impact digital merchandising initiatives across multiple online retail platforms. This is a highly collaborative, hands- on role responsible for leading the execution of new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing digital merchandising, enhancing product content, supporting retailer onboarding, and leveraging AI technologies to continuously improve online customer experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced self- starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex business problems, collaborating across departments, and driving projects from concept through execution.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications,



Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in eCommerce Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Catalog Management, Product Information Management (PIM), or Digital Marketing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Flexible to work in Nigh Shift
