About the Role
Aarambh Elite Estate is hiring a Real Estate Field Sales Executive for its Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Division. This is a field-based sales position involving regular client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

This position is strictly for candidates with prior experience in Real Estate Field Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales is REQUIRED.
The experience must include regular client meetings, field visits, and property/site visits.
FRESHERS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Candidates with only general/desk sales experience and no Real Estate Field Sales experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads for Commercial and Industrial properties.
Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct regular property site visits with clients.
Meet clients at project sites and explain property details, pricing, location, and other relevant information.
Travel locally for client meetings, property visits, and business development activities.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into site visits and successful deals.
Negotiate with clients and assist them through the deal closure process.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding property details, site visits, and documentation.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales is REQUIRED, including regular client meetings and property/site visits.
