Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries,



and coordinating with relevant hotel departments to ensure seamless service. The role involves supporting food and beverage operations, assisting with event and meeting setups, and ensuring public areas and guest spaces reflect the brand’s premium standards. The Hospitality Specialist will also handle guest feedback, resolve concerns, and promote hotel amenities and services to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive, memorable guest experiences.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service standards in a hotel or similar environment.
Relevant experience in front office, guest relations, or hotel operations roles.
