The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is an expert in the Indian talent market. You will be the architect of our India team, responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the founding members of our Mohali office. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with our Canadian leadership to translate our company culture into the local market.

Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, including digital marketers, content creators, and technical staff.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards,



and qualified networks to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding: Act as the face of IMARKIT MEDIA in India, showcasing our Canadian roots and vision to prospective hires.
Process Optimization: Design and implement a seamless interviewing and onboarding experience that reflects our fast-paced, professional standards.
Market Insight: Provide local expertise on compensation trends and talent availability to help shape our growth strategy in Mohali.

Qualifications
Proven Expertise: 4+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the Media, Marketing, or Tech industries in India.
Network: A strong existing network of professionals in the Punjab/Chandigarh/Mohali region.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills to act as a bridge between the Canadian headquarters and the India office.
Agility: Proven ability to hire for multiple roles simultaneously in a startup or rapid-expansion environment.
