Account Manager
We’re looking for the person who can own a client (we mean, really own it). Not just manage the relationship, send our weekly updates, or pass briefs between teams. At Empowrd AI, our Account Manager (Pod Lead) is the person who becomes the face of Empowrd to a portfolio of clients, owns their marketing direction, protects the relationship, drives outcomes and leads the delivery pod behind them.

We're an early-stage, bootstrapped company building quickly. We're 18 months old. Revenue has grown roughly 10x in six months. We've never lost a client. We're building a done-with-you model where every client has one person who owns their experience and outcomes end-to-end. You'll be joining early enough that your work will genuinely shape how the company operates as we scale.

What you'll actually do
Own the client
You'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients. You'll run the calls, briefings and communication cadence, understand what's happening inside each account, keep clients confident and engaged,



and spot risks before they become problems.

Own the marketing direction
This isn't account management where you simply take a brief and hand it to someone else. You'll help determine what each client should be doing across:
Positioning
Content
Social
Campaigns
Marketing priorities
Activities tied to the outcomes that matter to the client

You'll work alongside a communications and outreach specialist who executes outreach and email for your clients.

Lead your pod
You'll lead a small delivery pod made up of a communications/ outreach specialist and interns. You'll set the weekly rhythm, prioritise work, sequence campaigns, maintain standards and help the pod become capable of supporting an increasing number of clients.

Make sure delivery happens
You'll work across Project Management, Operations and Engineering to ensure what has been promised actually lands on time and to standard. You won't be expected to manage Engin
