Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and key customers across Bengaluru market
Identify new business opportunities to drive cargo sales and revenue growth
Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding Swiss WorldCargo's market presence
Collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to deliver seamless cargo solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent qualification




Minimum 2-3 years of experience in airline cargo sales, General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA), freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Must posses legal work permit in India
Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in the local language is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
