Insurance invoicing is a crucial part of their operations, connecting clients, insurers, and internal finance to ensure smooth billing,



premium collection, and payment reconciliation.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Responsible for preparing, processing and managing invoices related to insurance policies, premiums and claims. This role ensures timely and accurate billing in alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with underwriters, account managers, and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and issue invoices for new policies, renewals, endorsements, and adjustments.
Review policy documents and billing schedules to ensure invoicing accuracy.
Monitor accounts are receivable and follow up with clients or brokers regarding outstanding payments.
Address client and internal inquiries regarding insurance billing issues in a professional manner.
Ensure all invoices comply with company standards and insurance industry regulations.
Assist with periodic reporting
