Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience to lead new business acquisition and drive revenue growth at 1 2 101.
This is a highly target-driven role for someone who is at their best when working towards clear numbers and measurable results. You will be responsible for identifying the strongest prospects, initiating high-value conversations, securing meetings,



presenting our services, managing the sales process, negotiating with decision-makers, and closing new business.
We are looking for someone with impeccable communication, exceptional sales ability, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers. You should have the strongest understanding of the sales cycle, be highly organised in managing multiple leads, and have the drive to consistently meet and exceed your targets.
You will be expected to work independently, plan your approach, maintain the strongest possible pipeline, and identify every genuine prospect to bring in new clients and revenue.
Experience in selling branding, marketing, advertising, social media, digital, or creative services will be highly preferred.
