As a Clinical Operations Specialist, your mission is to ensure every dentist we support has a seamless, high-quality, and genuinely delightful experience from start to finish. From day one,



you’ll be a key player in our clinical support team, supporting dentists throughout their case journey. As a frontline team member, you’ll also contribute to mapping out improvements to our service as we scale.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a dental healthcare background who is passionate about innovation in healthcare and wants to learn and grow quickly. You’ll get exposure to many areas of a fast-growing health-tech startup, work closely with members of our senior team, and make a real difference to thousands of dentists, patients and orthodontists as we scale our brilliant service.

What you'll be doing
Delivering an exceptional case experience to dentists and orthodontists working with 32Co.
Acting as a key member of our clinical support team - answering dentist questions, handling problems, and finding solutions.
Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to scale the function.
