6 months to 1 year of Salesforce experience (Admin + Apex exposure).
Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including:
Standard objects & relationships
Validation rules, formulas, email alerts
Profiles, permission sets, sharing model
Hands-on experience with Flows is mandatory.
Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL/DML, and straightforward trigger logic.
Ability to write and maintain Apex test methods.
Strong communication, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work with clear direction and follow best practices.
Exposure to LWC or basic JavaScript.
Consistent academic record of 75% and above.
Basic understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (such as Einstein AI, predictive insights, or AI-driven automation) and willingness to leverage AI tools for development productivity.
Nice To Have
Understanding of JSON and simple integration concepts.
Experience with deployments.
Understanding of Salesforce security concepts (OWD, roles, permission sets).
Ability to create simple process flow diagrams using Lucidchart/Draw.io.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or prompt-based coding assistants to enhance efficiency in Apex, flows, or configuration tasks.
