The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities with wholesalers, developing the sales network, managing inventory, and ensuring effective execution of liquidation plans. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will analyse competitors' products to identify features, perks, shortfalls, and market success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination with Wholesalers:




o Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers in the designated territory.
o Coordinate sales activities and strategies to ensure effective product distribution.
o Monitor wholesalers' performance and provide support to achieve sales targets.
Development of Sales Network:
o Identify and onboard new wholesalers to expand the sales network within the territory.
o Foster strong business relationships with existing and potential partners.
o Implement strategies to enhance the reach and penetration of the company’s products.

Collection Follow-Up:
o Ensure timely collection of payments from wholesalers.
o Monitor outstanding accounts and take necessary actions to minimize overdue payments.
o Maintain accurate records of collections and report on the status regularly.
Inventory Management:
o Oversee inventory levels at wholesalers' warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability.
o Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams
