Looking for an L2 Support Engineer to manage the operations 24x7x365, 8 hours shift, 6 days a week.

Requirement: Engineering graduate or MCA

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ MSc (CS/IT)
More than 5 years of IT experience, out of which at least 3 years in dealing with Cyber Security systems and operations
Hands-on experience with basic troubleshooting, VPN, and NGFW
Exposure to monitoring tools and basic server/VM environments
Familiar with Firewall ,Load Balancer, WAF,API Security, Switches (KVM and Network), Forward Proxy ,HCI Severs ,VPN Solution, PAM and ticketing and monitoring tools.

Certifications (Any One Of The Following)

CompTIA Security+/CEH/ECSA
CCNA Routing & Switching/Security or equivalent.
ITIL v4 Foundation
CompTIA Network+





Primary Role & Responsibilities: Handle daily operational tasks, first-line troubleshooting, and ensure

systems are running as expected.

Responsibilities

Ensure backup jobs (configurations, logs, rule sets) are completed

successfully.

Assist in asset inventory management and ensure tagging/labeling is up to date.
Create and track tickets on ITSM (Service Requests, Incidents, etc.).
Conduct routine health checks, log reviews, and apply standard SOPs.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3.
Apply approved configuration changes and patch updates under L3 and SMEs guidance.
Maintain daily operational reports and incident records.
Coordinate with IOCL IT teams for basic integrations and service availability.
Integrate PAM with directory services (LDAP/AD) and define privilege policies.
Provide user support for VPN, proxy access, or authentication-related issues.
