Job Summary

The Senior Production Manager commands the end-to-end manufacturing strategy and operations across the Tool Room, Molding Unit, and Stamping Shop, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-level output, spearheading aggressive cycle-time optimization,



and architecting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing frameworks to structurally lower costs and maximize plant profitability for Tooling Projects, Stamping components, and Thermoplastic/Thermoset lines. You will guide an extended team of production managers, supervisors, and shop floor operators, establishing rigorous scheduling governance, top-tier equipment reliability, sustainable resource workflows, and unyielding safety compliance from concept to delivery. This is a full time salaried position, requiring onsite work at our Bengaluru location.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Establish and execute enterprise production strategies to meet ambitious output targets, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and support critical customer priorities across plant operations.
Tool Room Coordination: Direct high-level coordination with Tool Room and Design teams to ensure seamless tool readiness, rapid mold/die turnaround, and minimal disruption to production schedules.
