Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, client engagement, and technology project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong gaming-domain knowledge, excellent communication skills,
and proven experience coordinating with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and business-process reviews to understand objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes.
Translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, use cases, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability matrices.
Document current-state and future-state processes and manage changes, assumptions, dependencies, risks, priorities, and approvals throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Analyze gaming processes involving casino management, player tracking, loyalty, rewards, promotions, slot and table games, cashless gaming, credit, markers, cage operations, responsible gaming, and reporting.
