You will be joining our Operational Key Account Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders.

How you create impact

To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.




To initiate + drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity + operational performance.
To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
To ensure all SOPs, WIs + templates are updated + stored in a shared environment.

What we would like you to bring

5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Experience managing key customer accounts and operational performance.
Strong KPI and SLA management experience.
Ability to lead customer business reviews.
Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving process improvement initiatives.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with performance dashboards and data analysis.
Knowledge of SOP and process documentation management.
Strong communication and problem-sol
