We're Hiring: B2B Inbound Marketing Lead (Founding Builder) — Secure-Centric
Secure-Centric helps U.S. Department of Defense contractors get CMMC certified. We're growing rapid, and we need someone to build our inbound marketing engine from the ground up.
This is not a Marketing Manager role. This is not an SEO Executive role.
We're looking for the person who has personally built a B2B inbound marketing engine before — and wants to do it again, at Secure-Centric.

? Key Responsibilities

What You'll Own (First 6 Months)
Build and own our B2B lead-generation website
Drive organic inbound acquisition from scratch
Own Search Everywhere Optimization — SEO, AEO, and GEO
Build our marketing analytics and measurement systems
Create lead magnets and marketing automation
Design conversion-focused marketing systems
Work hands-on alongside a lean team (a coordinator, a designer,



and a few freelancers) — and scale only once the foundation is built

What We're Looking For
✅ Personally built (not just managed) an inbound marketing engine for US based B2B company
✅ Hands-on experience with website strategy, information architecture, landing page optimization, and CRO
✅ Real ownership of keyword research, content architecture, and technical SEO
✅ Built marketing dashboards that show business impact, not just activity
✅ Marketed to the U.S. or North American B2B market — whether at a U.S./Canadian company, remotely from India, or at an agency serving U.S. B2B clients
✅ Used AI as a genuine force multiplier across research, SEO, content planning, analysis, and automation — not just to draft posts
✅ Startup/builder mindset — resourceful, proactive, comfortable with lean teams and ownership without waiting for instructions
✅ You can work U.S. business hours (around 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
