ZDF Solutions is a U.S.-based logistics and freight brokerage company specializing in refrigerated imports and exports, intermodal transportation, Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), warehousing, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support our finance and accounting operations.

Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing customer and vendor transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and possess strong accounting knowledge. This person will work directly with ownership and be responsible for keeping the financial system up to date, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and providing timely reports and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Create and post Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), customer invoices, vendor bills, credit notes, and journal entries.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Perform customer, vendor, bank, and General Ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Liaise with banks to verify transactions and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
Generate financial reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, AR/AP Aging, MIS reports, and account schedules.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Verify employee reimbursements, support payroll accounting, and process related reconciliations.
Prepare qualified accounting correspondence and maintain financial documents using Microso
