Job Summary:-

We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business through travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), corporate travel partners, and MICE clients. The ideal candidate should have a robust network within the travel industry and a proven ability to generate room nights, conferences, group bookings, and corporate events across Aspen Hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and online travel partners.
Generate FIT, GIT, and group bookings across all Aspen Hospitality properties.




Conduct regular sales visits to travel agencies and business partners.
Expand the company's travel partner network in key source markets.
Negotiate commercial agreements and annual rate contracts.
Organize familiarization (FAM) trips and property presentations.
Create customized proposals for conferences and corporate events.
Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless execution of group bookings.
Build long-term corporate relationships for repeat business.
Generate MICE business including conferences, meetings, incentives, training programs, and corporate retreats.

Desired Candidates Qualifications & Profile:-

4–8 years of experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales, or MICE sales.
Existing relationships with travel agencies, corporate houses, DMCs, and event management companies will be a significant advantage.
Experience working with resort or leisure hospitality brands is preferred.
