About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our People team based in Bangalore. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our India team while driving operational excellence across HR operations, recruitment, performance management,



employee experience, and cross-functional people initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of People, you'll partner closely with managers across Engineering, Product, Finance, IT, and our global People team to deliver scalable People programs and support a growing business. This role offers a high level of ownership and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building productive processes, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and time zones.
This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week.
