Job Description

Experience:Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HSE for EPC Projects.At least 5 years as Safety Steward at project sites Mechanial Engineering (Preferred),Environmental Science.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering.Certification in HSE management such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is highly desirable Desired Compentacies:.Proven ability to lead teams and manage HSE programs in complex engineering environments.Experience in Steel Plants, Aluminium Plants, Cement Plants, Mining, Material Handling Systems, Coal Handling Plants, Refineries, Power Plants,



or Process Industries.Participate in safety audits and assist in preparing documentation for compliance assessments.Effectively train and influence diverse teams.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address and mitigate identified risks.Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices among workers.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to conduct training and liaise with teams.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in safety audits and assist in preparing documentation for compliance assessments
