Role Description This is a full time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Mumbai. The Facade Designer will develop detailed facade design concepts and solutions for commercial, residential, and institutional projects, ensuring alignment with architectural intent, performance requirements, and local regulations.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating cladding and glazing details, and collaborating with project managers, structural engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve technical issues. The role involves performing design calculations, material selection, and constructability reviews, as well as providing design support during manufacturing and installation phases. The Facade Designer will also participate in design meetings, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and best practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Facade and Facade Design for complex building envelopes.
Candidates should possess skills in Cladding and Glazing, including detailing and material selection.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Shop Drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in CAD
