Position Summary

Kaseya is hiring Sr. Engineer,



NOC Services with robust experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, server monitoring, patch management, Hyper-V/VMware, backup, and disaster recovery. The role focuses on infrastructure monitoring, alert triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability across enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform server monitoring and troubleshooting for all Active Directory components and roles, including: DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), DFS Replication (DFSR), Active Directory Replication, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Triage and resolve server performance monitoring alerts, including CPU, memory, disk, and service-level issues.
Identify, analyze, and resolve disk space issues, including: Drive/disk capacity monitoring, Disk and storage resizing/expansion, Coordination with storage teams when required
Manage Windows patching activities, including: Troublesh
