What You'll Do
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
Design, develop,
and validate DO-178 compliant safety-critical embedded software for next-generation avionics systems.
Lead software development across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Analyze customer and system requirements and decompose them into high- and low-level software requirements.
Develop robust software architectures and embedded applications using C/C++.
Define and execute comprehensive verification and validation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Verification, Certification, and Program Management.
Ensure compliance with aerospace certification standards and industry best practices.
Drive technical excellence while mentoring engineers and influencing project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development for Aerospace or Safety-Critical Systems.
6+ Years of Solid expertise in DO-178 and ARP4754A development processes.
9+ Years of Hands-on experience with embedded software developme
