GAJAB is a bootstrapped, AI-powered bargaining marketplace bringing the traditional bazaar bargaining experience online for tier 2 and tier 3 India. We are not building another e-commerce app, we are rebuilding how India shops, one bargain at a time. Early stage, high ownership, high speed. The Role
We are scaling influencer and creator-led growth aggressively, and we need someone to own the entire execution engine behind it. This is not a strategy seat. This is a build-and-run seat. You will run three parallel creator programs at volume, working closely with our influencer marketing agency partner to get reels out the door, fast and right.
What You'll Own
Program Execution Across Three Tracks
Barter Program: Creators receive a coupon to drive brand awareness. You manage volume, creator selection criteria, and turnaround.
Affiliate Program: Creators receive the product and create reels around it. You track output, conversion-worthy content, and follow-through.
Creator Contest: A competitive format between creators designed to spike engagement and visibility. You manage the format, timelines, and execution with the agency.
Agency Coordination
Be the single point of contact with our influencer marketing agency partner for day-to-day execution.
Drive weekly and monthly targets on reel output, creator onboarding, and content turnaround.
Chase, follow up, unblock. If the agency is slow, you are the one pushing it forward.
Content Quality Control
Review and approve reels and creator content before they go live.
Flag content that does not meet brand standards and get it fixed rapid, not eventually.
Performance and Reporting
Track what is actually working and what is not across all three programs.
