Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager for the South Region will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team,
and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Your Contribution
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of targets.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to maximize productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
Recruit and onboard recent sales team members as needed.
Market Development
Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
Network Expansion in White Spots and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
