Role Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and extensively B2B sales-driven individual to join our Sales and Alliances team as a Business Manager. As the Business Manager for an assigned Project (i.e., a nomenclature for trade fairs), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a high willingness for ground-level field work and hardcore sales execution. Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Drive Hardcore B2B Field Sales: Actively go out into the field to meet clients, pitch trade fair spaces/services, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities through relentless prospecting and market research
Develop Deep Product Knowledge:



Master the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to corporate clients during face-to-face meetings and presentations
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to secure new business and drive continuous revenue growth
Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and customized proposals to decision-makers
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and trade fair initiatives
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to make sharp, informed business decisions
Networking & Lead Generation: Participate actively in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate hig
