Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Handle paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including growth strategies and YouTube monetization
Create engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
Monitor campaign performance,



analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports
Improve brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement through digital marketing initiatives
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices
Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Robust hands-on experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
Must have experience in YouTube monetization and channel growth
Good understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, etc.
