Ideal Skill Sets:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to multitask and have good follow up/follow through despite possible interruptions in workflow.
The ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members and patients.
The ability to stay organized and prioritize workflows.
The ability to function independently and utilize resources effectively. Strong clinical and critical care skills with a proactive approach.
Strong triage skills and experience with phlebotomy and/or IV insertion.

Registered Nurse Position Requirements:
NC Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (or compact license)
At least 1 year of experience with hands-on patient care
Experience in an ED, urgent care or internal medicine/family medicine clinic a plus
