About Social Sculpt

Social Sculpt is a personal branding and growth marketing agency in Chennai. We help founders, creators, and professionals build a strong presence on LinkedIn, their own websites, and social media, and become recognised voices in their fields. The work covers content strategy, web development, video production, graphic design, SEO, paid campaigns, and social media marketing. Every brand we build starts with research into the client, their industry, and their audience, and turns into content and campaigns measured against real growth numbers.

The role

You will help plan and run social media for our clients. That means writing posts, preparing visuals and short video clips, scheduling and publishing content, and keeping everything consistent with each client's brand and campaign goals.

Day to day, you will:

• Create and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook
• Reply to comments and messages on client accounts
• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare simple reports on what worked




• Research competitors and current trends for the accounts you manage
• Work with the marketing and design teams on campaigns

You will work on real client accounts from your first weeks, and learn how personal brands are actually researched, built, and grown inside an agency.

What we're looking for

• Genuine interest in social media marketing and how accounts grow
• Basic copywriting ability and a valuable eye for visuals
• Clear written and spoken communication, since you'll talk to both teammates and client audiences
• Familiarity with the major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook) and their content formats
• Experience with scheduling tools or analytics dashboards is a plus, not a requirement
• Able to work on-site in Chennai and manage several accounts and deadlines at once
• A degree (ongoing or completed) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field helps, but isn't required
