Role Description The Racking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of warehouse racking systems at the on-site location in Bhuj. This full-time role includes planning daily work schedules, allocating tasks to technicians, and ensuring that racking layouts meet safety standards and client specifications.



The supervisor will monitor material availability, coordinate with project managers and client representatives, and maintain accurate documentation of installation progress and quality checks. Routine duties include conducting safety briefings, identifying and resolving on-site issues, and ensuring that all work is completed within agreed timelines and in accordance with company procedures. The role also involves training team members on best practices, reporting project status to management, and supporting continuous improvement of racking operations.
Qualifications
Experience in supervising racking installation or similar warehouse infrastructure projects, with robust knowledge of industrial racking systems and material handling equipment.
Proficiency in reading layout drawings, planning work sequences, and coordinating on-site activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
