Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities tailored to the T&S; workforce, while managing logistics, vendor coordination, and internal communications.
Organize cultural celebrations and diversity initiatives in collaboration with the HRBP team,



ensuring events reflect the diversity of employees, promote inclusivity, and align with organizational values.
Attend HRBP meetings, 1:1 check-ins, and focus group discussions, documenting key decisions, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
Engage with employees through 1:1 catch-ups and focus groups to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters, directing them to appropriate resources when needed.
Provide administrative support to the HRBP team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining HR databases, and generating accurate reports while ensuring data confidentiality.
Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed about HR programs, policies, and initiatives, fostering transparency and alignment with company values.
