About the role -
We are seeking a strategic Senior HRBP to be a trusted business partner to our leadership team - shaping how we build, develop, and retain talent as we scale rapidly. You will move fluidly between strategic workforce planning and hands-on people problem-solving, influencing organization design, performance culture, and talent decisions that directly impact business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role in a quick-moving environment where impact compounds quickly.
