We are building cell manufacturing capability from the electrode up — LFP, NMC and Li-S chemistries. We're looking for technicians who like being hands-on with materials and equipment every day.
What you'll do:
• Slurry preparation and mixing.
• Electrode coating (doctor blade / transfer), drying and calendaring
• Coin and pouch cell assembly, glovebox work, electrolyte filling
• Running and monitoring cycling tests (Neware), logging data cleanly
• Basic characterization support and lab consumable management
• Maintaining SOPs, batch records and lab safety discipline
What we're looking for:
• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical, Materials, Electrical or related
• 1–3 years in a battery R&D; or cell manufacturing lab (freshers with robust lab exposure will be considered)
• Comfort with glovebox, dry room and precision handling
• Meticulous documentation habits — we care about this more than most
• Safety-first mindset around solvents, lithium and high-current testing
