India Engineering Leader (ADS Division)

Your Job

As the India Engineering Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers located at the Molex campus in Bangalore, dedicated to supporting and augmenting the capacity and capability of design engineering teams across the global Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division. Your team will provide expert mechanical and electrical engineering support—including mechanical design, electrical design, simulation, testing, PCB layout, 3D modeling, and engineering documentation—to enable ADS to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality solutions worldwide.

Your team will work closely with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product management groups throughout ADS, ensuring seamless integration and support for global initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering, simulation, testing, PCB layout,



3D modeling, and engineering documentation.
Serve as a center of excellence, augmenting the capacity and capability of global ADS design engineering teams by providing timely, high-quality engineering support.
Oversee and drive advanced simulation and testing activities to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance and reliability standards.
Collaborate with global ADS teams to support product development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, IPC, MIL-STD) and internal quality requirements.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and priorities to meet the dynamic needs of global business partners.
Champion the adoption of best practices in design tools, simulation methodologies
