Project Brief:



The CHANGE–CVD (Reconceptualising Primary Health System for Cardiovascular Care using a Multicomponent Digital Health Model) initiative is an 18-month implementation research project aimed at transforming cardiovascular disease (CVD) care at the primary healthcare level in India. The project combines digital health technologies, point-of-care diagnostics, telemedicine, and clinical decision support systems to improve early detection, risk assessment, treatment, and referral of heart diseases. Implemented across ten Rural Health Training Centres (RHTCs) linked to five leading medical colleges, the initiative seeks to build a scalable, technology-enabled model for delivering accessible, standardised, and patient-centred cardiovascular care in rural and underserved communities.

Job Description

The Staff Nurse will contribute in the following manner:

Clinic & Patient Management

Screen the patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes and related risk factors.
