The Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI) is a policy think tank dedicated to advancing research and knowledge dissemination in the areas of socio-economic development, policy analysis, and sustainable development. ADRI is also working on impact-focused knowledge management via institutionalizing, showcasing, and facilitating quality and sustainable evidence-based learning through research and action across diverse sectors – Health, Education, Livelihood, Climate Sustainability, Gender Equality, Development,



Finance and allied sectors along with intersectoral linkages for multiple partners and wide-ranging stakeholders.

ADRI is looking to hire field associates for different projects in Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits across Bihar
Data collection (quantitative & qualitative)
Field documentation & reporting
Support surveys, FGDs & interviews
Ensure data quality and timely reporting
Use mobile-based data collection tools

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Knowledge of local language(s)
Willingness to travel extensively
Willingness to work as a team member
Abide by the institutional standard working protocols of data collection

Remuneration

Rs 20,000 per month (Consolidated).

Contract Duration

6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
