Protein Bowl is an upcoming healthy cloud kitchen based in Thiruvananthapuram, dedicated to serving fresh, nutritious, and balanced meals with a focus on high-quality protein and wholesome ingredients. Our mission is to make healthy eating convenient, delicious, and accessible for fitness enthusiasts, working professionals, and anyone pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
As we prepare for our launch, we are looking for passionate culinary professionals to become part of our founding team. Open Positions
1. Chef (1 Position)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurants, hotels, cafés, cloud kitchens, or healthy food concepts.
Qualification:
· Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production (preferred).
· Strong knowledge of healthy cooking, menu planning, portion control, and food safety standards.
2. Assistant Chef (1 Position)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or cloud kitchens.
Qualification:
· Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Production, or a related field (preferred).
· Basic knowledge of food preparation, healthy cooking techniques, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

· Knowledge of FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
