Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth for our technology products and services across the Education, Corporate, and Healthcare segments in the Western Tamil Nadu region. The role focuses on new business acquisition, nurturing and growing existing accounts, and ensuring timely Accounts Receivable (AR) collections. This is an office-based role with frequent travel within and outside the city for client meetings, demos, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close current business opportunities across Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, and The Nilgiris.
Build and manage the sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs, and commercial negotiations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender/RFP responses.
Manage key accounts, drive upselling and cross-selling,



and ensure renewals and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, support, and finance teams.
Follow up on receivables, resolve payment issues, and maintain healthy collections.
Plan territory visits and maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Track competitors, market trends, sales activities, pipeline, revenue, renewals, and collection KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in technology products or services.
Proven sales experience with educational institutions, corporates/SMBs, and healthcare clients.
Strong presentation, negotiation, closing, and target-achievement skills.
Experience in receivables follow-up, collections, invoicing, and credit terms.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce/Zoho and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Excellent English and Tamil communication skills; additional regional languages are an advantage.
